General Information

These terms apply to all transactions carried out through our website. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian by placing an order.

Orders and Payment

All orders are to be made online, so that the details about the size of the item, color, and duration of rental will be correct. Rentals are accepted only through cash on delivery. Customers are expected to pay in full when they receive the item.

Rental Period and Usage

While renting, duration periods must be clearly stated during the booking process. Items have to be returned before the agreed period elapses. Late returns may attract additional charges as indicated ahead of invoicing. Nothing should be altered, damaged, or used inappropriately during the rental period.

Returns and Refunds

In cases where the delivered item is wrong, damaged, or does not match your order, you may initiate a return within 24 hours of delivery. Items need to be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed through bank transfers. You will need to provide us with your bank details once your return has been authorized. Refunds take up to 7 business days to process.
