We at Vavonsibi appreciate your trust in our dress rental service. This policy outlines the terms regarding returns and refunds to ensure clarity for all our customers.

Payments and Orders

All payments for dress rentals must be made through cash-on-delivery upon receiving the item. Ensure that your order details are accurate, and payments are ready at the time of delivery.

Returning an Item

We understand that at times, it may be required to return something. Returns will be accepted when the following circumstances occur:

  • There is a failure of the order to match your dress (eg, wrong size, style or color).
  • Damage of the merchandise.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item in order to process a return. Items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Refund Guidelines

Refunds will only be done after the inspection and approval of the returned item. Refunds will be through bank transfer; therefore, after approval, you have to give your bank details. Please expect that the transfer will take at least 7 business days.

Exclusions

Returns and refunds are not possible in the following situations:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • The problem was raised beyond the 24-hour return window.
  • No problem at delivery.
